Although rare, manufacturer defects and flaws do occasionally occur. If you receive an item that is damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please email us at norfolkaustralia and we will do our best to resolve any problems. We will instruct you to return the item and once able to verify the flaw is the fault of manufacturing and with proof of purchase we will offer you a) the same replacement item or item to same value, b) a credit payment to the credit card from which purchase was made. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the initial cost of shipping if other items were purchased in that same order.
Before submitting your order, please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind. All items you wish to return for this reason (due to health reasons) must be returned in it's new, unused condition and still in the manufacturer's original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of the postage to return the item. Items must be returned by Australia Post registered mail to ensure it is received in an undamaged state. Items in open or damaged packs will not be eligible for reimbursement.
If you wish to receive a refund you must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the day your order was despatched. You will be given the option of a refund or exchange.

If we are notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, norfolkaustralia reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
